Hospodářské noviny ranking TOP real estate funds: Accolade Industrial Fund was chosen as the best in terms of annual return and portfolio value.

Since 2017, Hospodářské noviny has been compiling the prestigious Top Real Estate Funds ranking every quarter, in which the editorial staff monitors the performance of more than two dozen specialized funds available to investors in the Czech Republic. In the first quarter of 2020, the Accolade Fund from the category of qualified investors was rated the best with a year-on-year return of 13.94%, and also took first place in the portfolio value category, which amounted to almost EUR 600 million as of March 31th, 2020.
